At our disposal, for recording large special audience events is a 16 foot control room in a van. This is a self-contained truck which carries 3 Sony commercial 3-chip studio cameras to create an industry standard 3 camera shoot of any of our events.

Doing the video switching and mixing is a Grass Valley 100N switcher and a 14 channel Mackie audio mixer takes care of the audio. An AVS character graphics generator handles the screen graphics. Recording on state-of-the-art metal digital videotape (DVCAM) is accomplished by use of SONY DSR-25 DVCAM recorders or there is provision for the older style analog 3/4" tape as well.

This truck contains camera cabling for 1-300 foot camera run and 2-160 foot camera runs from the equipment, more than ample for most of our events.

Equipped with track lighting, air conditioning and a self-contained power generator, it makes long productions reasonably comfortable.

Also at our disposal, is the studio in a suitcase, which uses the same professional cameras as the truck, but in a much smaller footprint, and can be set up at most any indoor event. It gives you video and audio switching as well as character graphics in a small package that can be transported to any type of event.

Equipped with a Panasonic switcher, Sony mini-DV record deck and LCD monitors, it can handle most any indoor application or event with great ease.
